The warranty, provided for the telephones gives the customer the right for free-of-charge repair of the purchased device during 12 month in any official service center. The warranty for plating lasts during 6 months since the moment of purchase, the exception being cut-price goods or bought by sale. The term of warranty for the latter is defined separately in the goods description on the site and in warranty card.
Warranty repairs are performed during 14 working days since the moment of obtaining the device.
Exchange and return of the device:
The customer who bought the device can exchange or return it during 14 days after the purchase in case:
-The device was not used and has no signs of exploitation or damage: scrapes, chips or attritions;
-the length of telephone talks registered does not exceed 10 minutes;
-the software was not changed, modified, etc.;
-the device is fully equipped and the integrity of package is preserved;
-all labels and manufacturer marking are preserved;
-transportation tape was not removed.
If the telephone is not working, exchange or return of the device is performed only in case of having resolution from service center stating that the terms of exploitation are not violated.
For exchange/return of the device the seller should be informed beforehand about the intentions of the buyer by telephone call or email.
Money refund is made by payment of the price to the card account of the Buyer during not more than 7 calendar days since the receipt of the device.
The goods purchased by sale or at cut price are not liable to exchange or return.
The warranty covers the telephones having defects at the hands of manufacturer.
If the defects of the telephone appeared as a result of exploitation, if manufacturer seals are damaged, in case there are scrapes, chips, attritions, signs of opening, it is deregistered from free-of-charge warranty maintenance. In this case the owner of the device can refer to the service center for commissioned repair.
